He is the beloved husband of Audrey (nee Sharon) for 43 years; dear father of David (Anna), Mark (Debra) and Kevin (Diane); loving grandfather of twins Andrew and Alyssa and Jack; dear brother of Norman, Bernice Hughes, Margaret (Parker) Weum, Francis, Gerald (Louise), Vincent, Diane (Norbert) Maertz, Anita (Tom) Stockton and Jean; and dear brother-in-law of Shirley Sharon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Marcella, and his brother, Leonard.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the noon funeral Mass on Thursday, June 10, at St. Anthony on the Lake Church, W280-N2101 Highway SS, Pewaukee. Interment will follow at Summit Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church would be appreciated.

(Mickelson) Weum on February 18, 1932. Parker served in the Army in the 82nd Airborne during the Korean War, from December 9, 1949 to February 17, 1953 and also a member of the Blue River American Legion. Parker was a truck driver until he retired to Richland County. Parker will be remembered for his kind heart, his love of trees, as the best father, grandfather, great grandfather and as a loving husband. Parker always said, "There isn't a tree I don't like" and when I am gone say "Parker is gone, Tractors for sale". He never lost his spirit and kind nature. We will miss him dearly. Survivors include his wife Peggy (Meixelsperger) Weum; daughter Jeanne (Brian) Karpinsky; a son, Paul C. (Barb) Weum; grandchildren, Patrick C. (Danielle) Weum, Becky Weum, Jennifer Karpinsky, Amber Karpinsky; great grandchildren, Ava Banning, Parker C. Weum, Hunter C. Weum; siblings, Donald (Vera) Weum, Charlene Lee and Marlowe Weum; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Parker was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Gloria, brothers Dennis and Warren. A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. Luke's Catholic Church in Plain. Military Graveside rites will be conducted by the Blue River American Legion Post at St. Luke's Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 AM until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Luke's Catholic Church of Plain, St. Mary's Catholic Church in Richland Center or Upland Hills Hospice. The family would like to thank Upland Hills Hospice and the staff at Pine Valley Healthcare.

Francis farmed until starting a job with Wisconsin Centrifugal Inc. in Waukesha in 1957. In 1958, he fulfilled two years with the army with one year in Fort Hood, TX and one year in Carson, CO. Following his service time, Francis returned to Wisconsin Centrifugal Inc. full-time and farmed on the weekends. He retired from Wisconsin Centrifugal in 1990. Thereafter, Francis farmed for another 30 years.

Francis enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing, watching the Green Bay Packers, driving his four wheelers, dancing, telling stories as well as attending family reunions, get togethers and weddings.

Francis is survived by his sisters, Bernice Hughes, Margaret Weum, Diane Maertz, Anita Stockton, Jean Meixelsperger; brother, Gerald Meixelsperger; sister-in-law, Audrey Meixelsperger; 21 nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vincent Sr and Matilda (Hetzel) Meixelsperger; brothers, Leonard, Norman, Bernard, Vincent Jr; sister, Marcella Meixelsperger; sister-in-law, Louise Meixelsperger; brother-in-laws, Robert Hughes, Norbert Maertz, Parker Weum, Thomas Stockton.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, Plain. Fr. Luke Syse will officiate with burial in the St. Luke’s Catholic Cemetery where military graveside rites will be conducted by Plain American Legion Post #398. Visitation will be held on Saturday at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Mass.

She met her husband, Gerald “Jerry” Meixelsperger and they were married July 8, 1961 at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Madison. Louise was a member of St. Luke’s Catholic Church, she enjoyed singing in the adult choir, and assisted with various other community activities. She was also a local 4-H leader and enjoyed all aspects 4-H entails, ranging from musical productions, home decorating, gardening, photography, safety and dairy related projects. Additionally, she loved to host international exchange students along with visiting them in their homeland, and she loved to polka dance with Jerry. Louise enjoyed the arts and supported both the Madison and rural communities where she resided. She was an active, hard working farm wife and a proud, engaging grandmother that loved to travel and host “farm camp” with her family. Louise also worked at the River Valley Veterinary Clinic for more than 25 years as a Vet Tech. Louise is survived by her husband, Gerald of Spring Green, one sister, Leona (Joe) Rane of Madison; three children, June (Dave) Roush of Middleton, Thomas (Julie) Meixelsperger of Spring Green, Kim (Steve) Hovland of Janesville; six grandchildren Kyle, Jacob and Jenna Meixelsperger, Isaac and Ashlyn Roush and Max Hovland and many nieces and nephews other relatives and friends. Louise was preceded in death by her parents Louis and Lillian Andrewjeski, an infant son, Joseph Meixelsperger, her sister, Linda Andrewjeski. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 12:00 Noon at St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Plain. Fr. David Carrano will officiate with burial in the St. Luke’s Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Mass.

Her greatest pleasure was raising her children and welcoming all the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dorothy was proud of their family band, The Family Dutchmen. She was the drummer and the band also included Cletus and their children. Dorothy was a hard worker, loved to dance, play card’s and enjoyed the many trips to Branson and The Fireside. She especially cherished the time spent teaching her grandchildren to play Rummy. Her card groups kept her active until the recent pandemic – she sure looked forward to those card games. Dorothy is survived by her children, Luanne Laubmeier, Charlene (David) Brennan, Kevin (Connie) Alt, Vern (Bronwyn) Alt; a daughter-in-law Eileen Alt; 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and another due in December. Dorothy is further survived by a sister Evalyn Bindl, brothers Edward (Adala), Duane and Ken (Heidi) Meixelsperger and sister-in-law Eileen Van Acker. She was preceded in death by her husband Cletus, her sons Keith, Dean; her son-in-law Rudy Laubmeier, her parents, brothers Chris, Harold and Delbert Meixelsperger, brothers-in-law Ralph Bindl, Freddie Van Acker and sister-in-law Helen Meixelsperger. A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Plain on Wednesday, July 8th, 2020 at 11:00 AM. Father John Silva will officiate with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until the time of the funeral.

Cletus was secretary for the Catholic Knights for 12 years and delivered Meals on Wheels for 15 years. Cletus loved to dance and play cards and had many friends. He enjoyed playing games with his grandchildren and was proud to teach them to play rummy. Cletus is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy of 62 years; children, Luanne (Rudy) Laubmeier, Dean Alt, Char (Dave) Brennan, Kevin (Connie) Alt, Vern (Bronwyn) Alt; a daughter-in-law, Eileen Alt; grandchildren, Greg, Amy, Melissa, Brandon, Marie, Melissa, Brian, Shannon, Connor, Jenna, Jacob, Kory, Kaylee; great-grandsons, Quinn, Aiden, and another due in January. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Keith Alt; brothers, Anthony and Edward, and a sister, Lucy. A Mass in memory of Cletus will be held at ST. LUKE'S CATHOLIC CHURCH in Plain, on Sunday, Nov. 24, 2013, at 2 p.m. Father Mike Resop and Father Raymond Dischler will concelebrate with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Sunday from 12 noon until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Luke's Catholic Church or Agrace HospiceCare in Madison. Ralph took over the family farm in 1961 and started Bindl Sales and Service in 1962.

Ralph was a 4th Degree member of the Father Bourgmeyer Assembly #1198, Reedsburg Council #3805 of the Knights of Columbus and had served as a past Grand Knight. He was the past president of Branch 314 Catholic Knights, past director of Lake Shore Federated Milk Producers, and Milwaukee Milk Producers. He was also past president of the Reedsburg Lions Club, and developer of Southridge in Reedsburg.

He enjoyed playing cards, watching sports, and the Mollie B. Polka Hour. He and his wife enjoyed dancing to polka and waltz music, and also following the grandchildren’s sporting events.

Ralph is survived by his wife, Evalyn; children: Jane (Jerry) Dorow, Jean Bindl, Gary (Diane) Bindl and Ron (Jane) Bindl; grandchildren: Mandi, Tim, Jodi, Andrew, Travis, Michael and Jennie; 13 great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lois; parents; sister, Millie; brother, Alvin; and other relatives and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 624 North Willow Street in Reedsburg with Father David Carrano officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4:00-7:00 P.M at the Farber Funeral Home, 2000 Viking Drive in Reedsburg, and on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the church. Burial will be made in Calvary Cemetery, Reedsburg.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen; son, Jeff Meixelsperger; brothers, Chris, Harold, Delbert, Duane Meixelsperger; sister, Dorothy Alt; brothers-in-law, Ralph Bindl, Freddie Van Aker, and Cletus Alt.

A private family Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lone Rock, WI with burial in the St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Spring Green, WI.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clem and Clara Meixelsperger, 3 brothers, Chris, Harold and Delbert Meixelsperger, a sister, Dorothy Alt, 2 brothers-in-law, Ralph Bindl and Cletus Alt; and a sister-in-law, Helen Meixelsperger.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Baraboo. Fr. Jay Poster will officiate with burial in the St. Luke’s Catholic Cemetery in Plain. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Mass.
