She was united in marriage to Ronald Anderes on March 9th, 1985 in Ulysses, KS. Later they moved to Elmo, KS to reside on the family farm. As a farm wife she prepared many meals for the harvest field and helped wherever she was needed.

Nita worked for many years for the Farm Service Agency in the Ulysses, Abilene, and eventually as Chief Program Assistant at the Salina Office where she retired from. After retirement she worked part time at Hairtiques in Abilene.

She was an active parishioner at St. Columba Catholic Church in Elmo, KS where she was active in the Ladies Altar Society as the treasurer and served on the Parish Council. She was also very active in her children’s activities where she coached her children in soccer and was involved in the Rural Center Ball Association and her children’s 4H Club. She rarely missed any of her children’s activities and sports. Renita also enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Jamptgaard, her mother Betty Jamptgaard, and her son Michael Anderes.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Ronald Anderes; five children Brian Rice, Dawn Keesee (Robert), Trina Adee (Ryan), Daniel Anderes (Abby) and Jim Anderes (Johanna); sisters Peggy Watson (Bruce), Jenise Weisser, and Roberta Winckler (Harlan); and fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

There will be a rosary at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 13, followed by a visitation until 8:00 p.m. at the Martin-Becker-Carlson Funeral Home in Abilene. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 14th, at St. Columba Catholic Church in Elmo with Father Peter O’Donnell as Celebrant. Her final resting place will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery south of Elmo.

She loved to play games, especially cards, and tried her luck at several casinos. Agnes worked for JC Penney for 22 years before retiring at age 63. She was an avid Packers and Badgers fan and enjoyed the annual high school State basketball tournaments. She was a loving and devoted wife to her husband Larry throughout their 58 years of marriage.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lawrence in 2010; sister, LaVera Krueger; and brother, Ernest Schenck.

Harold was born January 30, 1925 in Howard, KS., the son of William and Artie (Reddick) Reimer. He married Shirley (Haslett) Reimer in Brownstown on June 2, 1946.
Graveside services were held Friday, January 4, 2013 at Macon County Memorial Park with military rites by Macon County Honor Guard.
Harold proudly served his country in World War II. He joined the army in March of 1942. He spent a total of 28 months overseas in Africa, Indonesia, Italy, and the Yugoslavian border. While in Italy he was shot and wounded. He lay outside his foxhole for an entire day and night before being taken to a hospital. For his service he received a purple heart.
He was a lifetime member of the VFW and the DAV and a past president of Eagles Lodge 3511 in Decatur.
Surviving are his wife, daughter, Charlene (Alden) Chandler of Decatur, four grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Gary Reimer (April 30, 2002) and Billy Reimer (April 18, 2006) both of Decatur.
