She was born in Spring Green the daughter of William and Judine (Limmex) Hutter. Mary graduated from River Valley High School in 1981 as Salutatorian. She attended UW-LaCrosse and graduated with a degree in Sports Physiology. While in LaCrosse she studied at the Center for Disease Control of Atlanta, GA. And traveled to Japan with a group of professors. Mary enjoyed extensive traveling throughout the world. One of the highlights of her travels was aboard the QE2 where she worked as the activity director. Mary resided in Nashville, TN most of her life and worked as a trainer in physical fitness and personal trainer at Nissan and Dell Corporations. She was also a CNA where she enjoyed working with elderly clients to help make their days happier. Mary loved flowers, birds, beautiful things and spending time with her family. She always had a smile on her face and a positive word for everyone she met. Survivors include her father, William Hutter of Spring Green, a sister, Barb (Kerry) Henning of Kiel, WI, a brother, Will (Tracie) Hutter of Spring Green, 4 nieces and a nephew, Zachary, Leah and Michelle Henning, Kristen Hutter-Smead, Kara Hutter, a great nephew, Kruze, 2 aunts, Rose Marie Luther and Mary Schreiner both of Spring Green, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Judine Hutter and a brother, Marcus Hutter. As per Mary’s wishes a private Mass in Memory of Mary will be held at St. John’s Catholic Church in Spring Green. Grosklaus Tracy, age 94, of Reedsburg, died Saturday morning, November 2, 2013 in the Reedsburg Area Senior Life Center as a result of Alzheimer's Disease. She was born on May 18, 1919 in Alma Center, the eldest child of Edward and Clara (Terasa) Hanusa. Rose was a graduate of Reedsburg High School. On September 4, 1937, she was united in marriage to Harold W.P. Grosklaus. He preceded her in death on October 30, 1995. She later married Ralph Tracy on June 29, 1997. He died on April 5, 2013. Based on her skills as a bookkeeper and stenographer, Rose held a variety of jobs including as a librarian. She will best be remembered for her employment at the Farmers and Merchants Bank. She was a faithful member of St. John Lutheran Church and the Hannah Circle. She was later a volunteer at the Riverview Thrift Store and the Reedsburg Area Medical Center. Rose enjoyed reading, dancing, staying healthy, and was very proud of her family. She always looked for the joy in life and the best in people. Survivors include her three children: Dolores (Larry) Lichte, of Madison; Don Grosklaus, of Reedsburg and Diane (Michael) Whitty, of Madison; her son-in-law: Joe (Lou) Moll, of McFarland; eleven grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; her siblings: Glen (Alma) Hanusa, of Monona; Rev. George (Janet) Hanusa, of Des Moines, IA; Shirley (David) Buss, of Reedsburg; Verill (David) Johnson, of St. Louis, MO; her sister-in-law: Betty Hanusa, of Monona; Ralph's son: Randy (Joan) Tracy, of Bend, OR; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. In addition to both her husbands, she was preceded in death by a daughter: Peggy Moll; her daughter-in-law: Joanne Grosklaus; two brothers: Roger and Bob Hanusa and two sisters-in-law: Ruth and Evelyn Hanusa. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church in Reedsburg with Pastor David Glesne and Pastor George Hanusa officiating. Interment will be in St. John Lutheran Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Friday at the Hoof Funeral Home in Reedsburg. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. John Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated. The Hoof Funeral Home is serving the family.
