Hospital in Madison following a brief illness. She was born on March 26, 1922 in Valders, WI the daughter of Arthur and Margaret (Christian) Vetter. Norma married John Marcus Ringelstetter in 1953 and worked at O’Brien Brothers in Richland Center then went to work for the State of Wisconsin in Madison where she retired from. Norma had a big heart and loved flowers, gardening, pulling weeds, cooking, canning, cleaning, sewing, quilting, helping people, in past raising chickens and ducks and loved visits from her great granddaughter, Berkley. Norma enjoyed going for rides looking for deer, turkeys and other wildlife. Survivors include her son, Ronald John Ringelstetter of Lone Rock, a grandson, Danny John (Brittany) Herbeck of Vermilion Bay, Ontario, a great granddaughter, Berkley Herbeck of Vermilion Bay, Ontario, a son-in-law, Steve Herbeck of Mineral Point, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Margaret Vetter, her husband, John Ringelstetter, her daughter, Cheryl Herbeck, 5 siblings, Donald and Frank Vetter, Alice Harbort, Lorraine Cash and Betty Gundlach. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 11:30 A.M. at the Richardson-Stafford Funeral Home in Spring Green. Pastor Craig Peach will officiate. Visitation will be held on Wednesday at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. The family would like to thank Dr. Jeffrey Collins and the U.W. Hospital nursing staff that took such great care of Norma and gave her a beautiful quilt. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of choice. Richardson-Stafford Funeral Home in Spring Green is assisting the family with arrangements.

She was born on May 7, 1955, in Lone Rock, the daughter of John "Jack" and Norma (Vetter) Ringelstetter. Survivors include her husband, Steve Herbeck of Mineral Point; a son, Danny Herbeck of Mineral Point; her mother, Norma Ringelstetter of Lone Rock; a brother, Ron Ringelstetter of Lone Rock; her mother-in-law, Ruth Herbeck of Stoughton; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, John "Jack" Ringelstetter; and her father-in-law, Dan Herbeck.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, Dec. 3, 2010, at 11:30 a.m. at ST. JOHN'S CATHOLIC CHURCH in Spring Green. Father Mike Resop will officiate. Visitation will be held on Friday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass. Burial will take place at the Brown Church Cemetery in Bear Valley at a later date.
Sheryl's life was a spark in the dark to all who knew her as she unselfishly gave her heart and soul to all before herself. Her loves were her family, friends, her beautiful flower garden, all animals, her pets and her new colt. She was known as an animal whisperer and will be missed by all.

Funeral services will be held at the CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Road, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 29, 2004. Entombment will be at Roselawn Memorial Park.
