The last three died within a day of one another. From Dallas, Texas, announcing the death of Miss Hettie Irish, was followed today by a telegram from Corvallis, Oregon, announcing the death of Miss Stella Newman, and a message from Ottawa, Illinois, the death of Max Mulcahy, the latter two passing away last evening. Miss Stella Newman. Stella Newman went west last November to teach school in Oregon. Her object of going to that climate was because of illness and since going there according to her letters to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Newman, she was supposed to be improving. The announcing the death was a severe shock to the parents, and to the friends. She was about twenty-four years of age.

Max Mulcahey died in the hospital Ottawa, Illinois, last evening. He was about twenty-four years of age. He was afflicted with tuberculosis and had suffered for two or three years. and had resided in Baraboo until age. After graduating from the High School. He also took a course in university.

His father, William Mulcahey is at present residing in Chicago. The remains will probably be taken to Janesville for interment.
