She was born on May 22, 1951, in Dubuque, Iowa. She came to Alaska in 1972. She had worked at All I Saw Cookware, Allen and Peterson and Home Depot. She loved children, dogs, friends, arts and crafts and cooking.

Her family stated, “Candice’s big heart and kindness touched the lives of everyone she met. Her family always came first. She was always available for any crisis with her friends. She is so very loved and missed and missed and will never be forgotten.”

Candice is survived by her husband, Scott Sumrall of Wasilla; son, Shelby Sumrall of Wasilla; parents, Mary and Delbert Kuhl of San Diego, Calif.: sister, Mia J. Dispoto of Water Town, Conn; two brothers, Greg Kuhl of Phoenix, Ariz. and Kim Kuhl of Wasilla; Uncle and Aunt, Jim and Jackie Redfearn of Hazel Green, Wisc.

Edward Eugene Tiffany was born in rural Greene County on May 17th, 1934 to James Albinus Tiffany and Elizabeth Flanagan Tiffany. He attended country school and St. Mary’s Academy. He graduated from Dana High School.

Ed worked in Milwaukee after graduation and then entered the Army in 1955 for two years. After being discharged, he farmed with his dad for a couple of years. Ed worked in retail sales until he retired in 2005 due to poor health. His joys in life were his nieces and nephews.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and St Brigid’s Catholic Church in Grand Junction.

Edward E. Tiffany died on April 12, 2008 at Regency Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jefferson. He was 73 years of age. Ed was preceded in death by his parents and brother- in- law. He is survived by his sister, Eleanor Krieger, nieces Susan (John) Hoguieson, Teresa (Dale) Crouse, Regina (Jeff) Thorpe, and nephew Roger (Rhonda) Krieger, 8 great nieces and nephews, and 3 great- great nephews.

Eleanor Elizabeth Tiffany Krieger was born August 7, 1931 in rural Greene County, Iowa. She was the daughter of James Albienus Tiffany and Elizabeth Magdeline Flanagan Tiffany.

Eleanor’s early education was at St. Mary’s Academy in Grand Junction. Eleanor graduated from Grand Junction High School in 1949. She worked as a bookkeeper for Wiltse and Mears for 20 years, and at the Municipal Light Plant in Grand Junction for 21 years, retiring on December 29, 1995.

Eleanor was a member of St. Brigid Catholic Church and Altar Society. She died January 23, 2019 at Greene County Medical Center. She was 87 years of age.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Roderick Krieger; son, Roger Krieger; grandson, Travis Crouse; son-in-law, John Hogueison; and brother, Edward Tiffany.

Born in Rockford, Ill., March 23, 1931, he was the only child of Bruce and Mary Marcella (Vosberg) Stockdale. Wayne grew up in Rockford, and attained the level of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America. He served his country proudly as a member of the U.S Air Force. It was in the Air Force that he discovered his love for photography. He would often have a camera at the ready on his many hiking and hunting trips through the mountains. Wayne was employed as an engineer at IBM for 30 years and was one of the original engineers to work on bar code scanners and the technology used to shrink circuit boards. His engineering work was not exclusive to Earth as he had a part in projects from Apollo 2 up until the Shuttle Program. As part of the Moon Lander project, his name can be found on an engraved plaque, which was left on the Moon. During his time in N.C., he was an active member of St. Therese Church. Wayne enjoyed writing and was an avid storyteller. He was known for his bad jokes that tended to end with a groan rather than a laugh.

Wayne is survived by six children, Linda (Rich) Nestor, Kim (Peter) Jones, Randy Wishinsky, Bruce Stockdale, Terry (Sandy) Stockdale and Renee (Mike) Decker; ten grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers, due to family allergies, donations can be made in Wayne's name to Daniel Webster Counsel, Manchester, N.H., of the Boy Scouts of America.

A family only service was held at St. Mark's in N.H., Wednesday, Sept. 7. A public service is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 28, at St. Therese in Mooresville, N.C. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. followed by a luncheon.

The Peabody Funeral Home & Crematorium is assisting the family with arrangements.

Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City where the parish wake service will be at 1:45 p.m. Friends may also call from 9-10:15 a.m. Monday at the church before the service.

Ron was born on September 28, 1937, in Cuba City, Wisconsin, the son of George A. and Marie M. (Wedig) Vosberg. He married Marilyn M. Gerlach on June 20, 1964. She preceded him in death on July 20, 2001. Ron farmed and worked at John Deere Dubuque Tractor Works. He served in the US Navy and was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Tin Can Sailors.

Ron enjoyed fishing, traveling in his motor home, John Deere 2-cylinder tractors, playing cards, water fights with his grandchildren, getting up early and a good cup of coffee. He was a person who loved visiting with others.

Survivors include his daughters, Renee (Don) Rider, Rewey, WI, and Janet (Ric) Hottenstein, Platteville, WI; his sons, Troy Vosberg and Scott (Wendy) Vosberg, both of Cuba City; a special friend, Margaret Murray, Cuba City, WI; a sister, Jean Puchalski, of Milwaukee, WI; a brother, David (Mary Jo) Vosberg, Valparaiso, IN; and fourteen grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by his parents, George and Marie; a daughter, Terri Ann; two sisters, Pauline Gratz and Mary “Joyce” Hoppenjan; and three brothers-in-law, Dick Hoppenjan, Bill Gratz and Eugene Puchalski.

She was born on August 21, 1932 in Cuba City, the daughter of George and Marie (Wedig) Vosberg. After graduating from Cuba City High School in 1950, Pauline attended the Madison Business College for one year.

On June 20, 1953, she married William Gratz in Cuba City. Pauline worked for 21 ½ years as a receptionist for the state of Wisconsin, retiring in 1995. She was a longtime member of St. Dennis Catholic Church and past member of the altar society. Pauline was an avid quilter, gardener and traveler.

She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and enjoyed going to her all grandchildren's activities over the years. Pauline will always be remember for her good sense of humor.

She is survived by her husband of almost 60 years, William; children, Gregory (Kathi) Gratz, Diane (Greg) Leck, Linda (Gary) Bakke and Daniel (Tammy) Gratz; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; siblings, Jean Puchalski, Joyce Hoppenjan, David (Mary Jo) Vosberg and Ronald Vosberg; and many nieces and nephews.

Pauline was preceded in death by her son, Stephen; and parents.

Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL HOME, 5203 Monona Dr., Madison, at 2 p.m., on Saturday, March 23, 2013, with Father Kent Schmitt presiding.

Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens.

Visitation will take place at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, March 22, 2013, and also from 1 p.m until the time of service on Saturday.
