Glen's career was in banking and finance, including being a senior vice president and division manger of Crocker Bank and Security Pacific Corporation. Most recently, he was the president and owner of Triumphe Mortgage Corporation and a proud member of the local financial community. He was an avid golfer and particularly enjoyed being with friends and business associates on many golf outings.

Glen is survived by his wife, Barbara (nee, Homan) Ludwig; his siblings, Allan Ludwig (Karon), Marilyn Fonley (Doyle), LaVon Eby (Leonard), Faye Peters, Ruth Pehrson (Roger), David Ludwig (Charlene), Ronald Ludwig, Jean Ludwig, Jon Ludwig (Maureen) and Lori Lampe; his nephews, Denis DeMuth (Meredith), Ronald DeMuth, Lawrence DeMuth (Jennifer) and two great-nephews, Nicholas and Brody DeMuth, as well as numerous other family members.


Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation, 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., Friday, January 6, 2012, at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, 610-431-9000 and to his Funeral Mass, 11 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church, 126 Woodland Ave., Malvern.

Interment Birmingham Lafayette Cemetery.

Jean was born on August 25, 1954, in Storm Lake, Iowa to Wilbur and Mary Ann Ludwig.
One of twelve children, Jean knew the importance of family and loving each other. She was in a serious car accident at age 16. Due to her head injury disability, she lived in several rehabilitation homes in Iowa and then moved to Columbia, Missouri to be closer to family. She loved listening to country music and watching CMT TV. Receiving photos and cards from family and friends was a joy to her. Her favorite foods were pizza and a daily Pepsi.

Jean is survived by four sisters, Marilyn, LaVon, Ruth, Lori; two sisters-in-law, Karon and Barb; and three brothers, Dave, Ron, Jon; sixteen nieces and nine nephews; and many great-nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Allan Ludwig and Glen Ludwig; and two sisters, Janice DeMuth and Faye Peters.

One of twelve children Faye knew the importance of family and helping one another. She attended Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. She then went on to become an elementary school teacher and touched the lives of countless children over the course of 34 years.

She married Thomas Anthony Peters on August 3, 1968 in Varina, Iowa. They moved to Colorado in 1970 for the beautiful mountains and mild winters. In July 1975, they welcomed their first daughter Deidre Ann, then in February 1978 they were blessed again with their second daughter Andrea Marie. Faye always had a stack of books or a craft project to pass the time, not that she ever sat still very long. Her daily walks allowed her to enjoy the peace and quiet that the outdoors provided her.

Her greatest enjoyment in life came from her five grandchildren. Abbygail Faye, Alexis Vivian, Kensley Ann, Hannah Elizabeth, and Griffin Anthony. They spent many hours together reading, crafting, and playing at parks all over town. She made each child feel special and leaves a legacy in each of their hearts.

Faye is survived by her husband, Tom Peters; daughter, Deidre Peters-Muleski and her husband Keith Muleski along with their three daughters; daughter, Andrea Jones and her husband Nick Jones along with their son and daughter; 4 brothers; 5 sisters; 34 nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00am on Thursday August 9, 2018 at Mountain View Presbyterian Church. 2500 N. Garfield Ave. Loveland, CO 80538. Light lunch to follow services.

She attended country school all eight years and Lake View-Auburn High School in Lake View, IA, all four years. Joan married Gerald Kessler on November 11, 1967, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wall Lake, IA. The couple lived in Uba City, CA, and then Misowa, Japan, for a few years before making their home in the Pierre/Fort Pierre area.

Joan was a member of Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Saint Agnes Band, Catholic Daughters and Fort Pierre Senior Center. Joan enjoyed her cat “Della” and her little dog “Dolley.” She also enjoyed wagon trains with her husband, Gerald.

Joan is survived by her husband of 53 ½ years, two sons; Mark Kessler of Sioux Falls and Bruce Kessler of Pierre, and two brothers Luverne (Mary) Bruening of Wall Lake and Raymond (Pat) Bruening of Odebolt, IA. Joan enjoyed her six grandchildren: Casey, Lane, Holly and Corena; Lucas and Kylie. She is also survived by many cousins. Joan was preceded in death by her parents and sister Marlene and husband Jim Bolita.
