Jim was born on July 27, 1960 in Dubuque, Iowa, the son of Lawrence and Eileen (Averkamp) Weber. He worked as a truck driver for 42 years.

Jim was a kind-hearted soul, a friend to many and always willing to help anyone. He loved his Harley Davidson motorcycles, NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt, Sr., and stock car racing. He enjoyed woodworking with his dad, fishing and camping. Jim believed in supporting and honoring veterans. Above all, he cherished time with his grandchildren and was an awesome uncle.

Jim is survived by two siblings, Keith (Diane) Weber, Hazel Green, WI and Sarah (Joe) Foley, Dubuque, IA; a niece, Morgan Foley, Missoula, MT; a nephew, Ben Foley, Dubuque, IA; a brother-in-law, Bob (Jeanie) Splinter, Dubuque, IA; his fiancée, Julie Husemann, Dubuque, IA; four children, Alan (June) Hohensee, Alley (AJ) Hohensee, Cassie (Dalton) Kirk and Jenna (Karsun) Grant, all of Dubuque, IA; and three grandchildren, Addaylee, Landyn and Michael.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Mary Christine “Chris” Splinter.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents and his twin brother Terrence in infancy.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Margaret (Manemann) Beurskens and their children Marcus Beurskens and Julia DeFilippi, and grandchildren Ryan and Tess DeFilippi and Olivia Beurskens, all of Colorado. Tom also leaves behind his sisters Jody Roltgen, Bette (Jim) Oeth, Angela Thompson, and Therese (Mike) Thayer, as well as brother-in-law Stephen Manemann, step sister-in-law Susan (Bill) Milligan, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Tom was always ready with a joke and a smile. He loved to make everyone laugh, and he impressed us all with his unparalleled knowledge of trivia.

A celebration of Tom’s life will be held in the spring at Sarasota National Cemetery, with military honors.

Wayne was born on October 7, 1972, in Cuba City, Wisconsin the son of Louis A. and Ruthie C. (Hinderman) Vosberg. He married Dawn Allendorf on October 9, 1999. From childhood Wayne developed a dairyman's heart. In 2003, Wayne began Vosberg Bou-Matic. He built up and operated the dairy equipment and supply business until his death.

Wayne was a loving father and husband. He was a talented negotiator and a charismatic person with a good sense of humor. Wayne coached soccer, football, and baseball and enjoyed the outdoors. On July 12th of this year he accepted Jesus as his Savior.

Survivors include his wife, Dawn; his children, Tyler, Blake, Mitchell, Vanessa and Blair, all at home; his parents, Louis and Ruthie Vosberg, of Cuba City; his brothers and sisters, Tim (Heidi) Vosberg, of rural Cuba City, Cindy (Chris) Stair, of Elburn, IL, Mark (Renee) Vosberg, of rural Cuba City, Tony (Kacey) Vosberg, of Cottage Grove, WI, and Amy (Erik) Berning, of Oregon, WI; his mother-in-law, Bonnie Allendorf, of Cuba City; a sister-in-law, Amy Hoffman, of Cuba City; and a brother-in-law, Brian (Jackie) Allendorf, of California. Wayne had a special place in his heart for his daughter, Megan.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Luke, in 1997; his paternal grandparents, Gerald and Marjorie Vosberg; his maternal grandparents, Walter and Marie Hinderman; and his father-in-law, David Allendorf.
