  • Mary Rosella LaBounty and Francis Patrick Flynn were divorced before 1909.
  • Mary Rosella LaBounty married Oscar Martin Mercer, son of Joseph Benjamin Mercer and Emily Delores Gallop, circa 1909 1910 census lists that Oscar and Mary had been married for 5 years, and this was the first marriage for both. If Rolland Martin Mercer is Oscar Martin Mercer's son, then he was married previously. I also believe Mary was married previously. The census taker may not have asked about first marriage, and may have assumed it was the first for both. Since Mary's first child was born in 1910, I believe that they were married circa 1909.
