Mrs. Cook is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Faith Hallett of rural Richland Center; one son, Buren Cook, rural Richland Center; 24 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; 18 great great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held April 17 at the Pratt Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Leon C. De Garmo officiating. Burial was in the Richland Center Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Assembly of God Church.
