    Surviving are her husband; one daughter, Mrs. Max (Laurene) Meradith, York; two sons, Clarence and Donald, both of Lincoln; eight grandchildren; one brother, Leonard Nohr, Denver, Colo., and three sisters, Mrs. N.E. (Evelyn) Miller, Lincoln; Mrs. Eunice Harris, Pomona, Calif., and Mrs. Marina Hibbard, Long View, Wash. Her parents preceded her in death.
    The body is at the Metz Mortuary where funeral services are pending.

  • Lois Eldora Larson died on 29 April 1948 at age 3 Lois Eldora Larson, little daughter of Clarence and Evelyn Larson, was born November 29, 1944, and died Thursday, April 29 at 9:45pm. Little Lois was a very fine little girl. A year ago last Winter, she became ill and it was discovered by physicians that she suffered from a brain tumor. She survived two very delicate brain operations but all medical and surgical skill were not able to bring healing to the little patient Lois. During her short stay with her parents, she was a source of much joy and blessing to them. Her grieving parents will ever cherish the memories they have of the little Lois. Preceded in death by an infant brother, she is survied by her parents, a little sister, Lyle, grandparents, several uncles and aunts as well as cousins. Funeral services were held from the Larson home Monday, May 3, 1948, at 1:00pm and from the Roseni Lutheran church at 2:00pm, Pastor B. F. Moistre officiating. Richard Sommervold, Rodger Buum, James Fickbohm and Harold Ronning were pall bearers. At the services at the home Karen Larson and Mary Ann Siemore and Joan Laron sang "Jesus Wants Me for a Sunbeam" and Daryl Fickbohm sang "My Beautiful Home."
