He was born in Quincy, February 22, 1848, and made his home in this city until two years ago, when he moved to St. Louis. He was a member of the Kentucky Street Methodist church here.

Besides his wife, he leaves two sons: Chris of Quincy, and Henry of Kirksville; one sister, Mrs. John Bogle, of San Diego California; and one granddaughter, Ruth Powell, of St. Louis.

The body will arrive in Quincy this evening at 6 o'clock, and will be taken to the Herman Stormer chapel, where the funeral will be held at 2:30 o'clock, Monday afternoon. Burial will be in Woodland cemetery. Friends invited to attend.

Surviving are: two sons, Chris Wolf at home, and Henry G. Wolf, Kirksville Missouri; a granddaughter, Mrs. Ruth Gosch, Wichita Kansas; two great-grandchildren; a sister Miss Minnie Getty, Carrollton Illinois; and a brother Chris Getty of Los Angeles.

Mrs. Wolf was a member of the Methodist church.
