Mr. Anders was born at Van Buren Missouri on January 27, 1921, the son of the late John R. and Mary M Samples Anders. On May 28, 1949 he was united in marriage with Mrs. Leta Chadwick who survives at the home. also surviving are his son: Larry Don Anders and his daughter: Miss Karen Kay Anders of Kansas City; 2 step-children: Cleo Chadwick of Kansas City and Mrs. Loretta Witherell of Versailles; 3 brothers: Earl Anders of Waldern Missouri, Merris Anders of Kansas City and John L. Anders of Boone Iowa; a sister: Mrs. Florence Grisham of Platte City Missouri and 5 step-grandchildren. Mr. Anders was a Veteran of World War II.
