Dellano was born on December 17, 1932 to Hubert and Elizabeth (Hoebelheinrich) Hoesing. He was born, grew up and farmed northwest of Menominee until 2000. He married Mary Schaefer on April 24, 1956 at Menominee. He worked many years at Stockmen’s Livestock in Yankton. He enjoyed working with cattle and gardening. Mary died on July 31, 1999. On November 13, 2000 he married Rita (Pick) Kleinschmidt.

Dellano is survived by his wife, Rita; eight children and their spouses: Della and Dan Haas of Tabor, SD, Hubert and Deb Hoesing of Dakota Dunes, SD; Karl and Lori Hoesing of Rapid City, SD, Darrell and Linda Hoesing of Fordyce, NE, Lyle and Michelle Hoesing of Yankton, SD, John Hoesing of Beatrice, NE, Sharon and Mark Thorson of Rapid City, SD and Curt and Lynn Hoesing of Pullman, WA. He is also survived by three step children, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Elizabeth Hoesing; his first wife Mary Hoesing; five sisters and their spouses: Leona and Alfred Haberman, Sr., Verna and Pete Schmidt, Marian and Emery Heine, Kathleen and Edmund Bruening, and Del Rae Schaefer; two brothers and spouse: Arland and Rita Hoesing and an infant brother.

She is survived by her husband, Dellano, Menominee, eight children:

Mr. Hoesing graduated from Auctioneering School in 1954, in Iowa. He farmed in Nebraska and moved to Colorado in 1982 to work as a cattle manager for Farr Feeders. He retired in 1995.

He was married to his wife, Elizabeth, for 41 years until her death. On March 4, 2002, he married Judith Ann Lukenbach in Longmont.

He loved working with quarter horses and enjoyed camping and fishing.

Survivors are his wife, Judith Hoesing of Longmont; four daughters, Ramona Smith of Colorado and Bridget Bevers, Valerie Hoesing and Michelle Hoesing, all of California; two sons, Gregg Hoesing of California and Jason Hoesing of Illinois; and five grandchildren. A son, Warren Hoesing, and his parents are deceased.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Inurnment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

She was a registered optician in the state of Texas for many years. Mardi was well-known throughout the Houston area for her kind and helpful attitude toward those with vision problems. She worked with teens and preteens during the summer months. Survivors include her husband, Alan, Houston, Texas; children: Laura, Dickinson, Texas, and Michael, Houston, Texas; brothers and their wives: Duane and Sara Haberman, Menominee, and Keith and Brenda Haberman, Menominee; sisters and their husbands: Karen and Claude Sudbeck, Hartington, Neb., Kathleen and Tom Sedlacek, Tabor, S.D., and Berenice and Brad Lubbers, Omaha, Neb; a sister-in-law, Mary Haberman, Menominee; and many nieces and nephews. Claude was born on March 27, 1940 at Bow Valley to Arthur and Rose (Burbach) Sudbeck. He grew up in the Bow Valley area and graduated from Holy Trinity High School in 1958. He graduated from Aeronautics School in Kansas City in 1960. He served in the U. S. Army from 1963 to 1965, stationed in Germany. Claude married Karen Haberman on April 24, 1965 in Menominee, NE. He received his real estate license in 1967 and was an active real estate broker until his death. Claude and Karen also owned and operated the Hillcrest Motel since 1985 with locations in Plainview and Hartington.

Claude was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 4th Degree Knights of Columbus, and the Hartington Chamber of Commerce. He was a very kind, generous and loving man. He accepted his illness with dignity. His family was the center of his life.

Claude is survived by his wife, Karen, of Hartington, 3 daughters and their spouses; Cheryl and Rick Pesek of Omaha, Jodi and Tim Potts of Omaha, Kari and Rick Pruett of Sioux City, Iowa, 8 grandchildren; Ricky, Olivia, and Nathan Pesek, Jacob, Caden, and Morgan Potts, Elen and Reid Pruett, 3 sisters; Dolores Ann and Merlin Hochstein of Wynot, Mary Jean and Jerry Uhing of Omaha, Sharon and Jerry Schmidt of Ft.
