She was an account examiner for the Wisconsin Group Insurance Bureau in Madison retiring in 1977. Survivors include a son, Ronald (Joan) Klebs of Wisconsin Rapids; daughter, Ann (Fred) Albitz of Bella Vista, Ariz; stepson, David (Carol) Gutzmer of Lodi; and brother, Lloyd Hewes of Fond du Lac. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Vivian was preceded in death by her first husband, Miles; second husband, Ivan; and brother, William Hewes. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday at RITCHAY FUNERAL HOME, Wisconsin Rapids. The Rev. Roy Knuteson will officiate. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery, Delavan. The family will greet family and friends at RITCHAY FUNERAL HOME in Wisconsin Rapids, on Friday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.
