Bob farmed in the Kieler area for nearly 50 years. He was employed at John Deere Dubuque Works from 1967 until retiring in 1989. Bob maintained the roads of Jamestown Township in Grant County, serving in that capacity with great dedication and commitment for nearly 40 years. He was active in both his community and church by being a member of the Kieler Athletic Club, the Holy Name Society, the Immaculate Conception Church Choir, Wisconsin Right to Life and the Board of Directors for Jamestown Mutual Insurance. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Wisconsin Right to Life. The Richard family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Hospice of Dubuque for their care.
