    He was a member of St. Mary of the Angels Church in Olean, Olean Council 338 Knights of Columbus and Olean Lodge 491 BPOE.

    Surviving are two sons, Richard H. Speaker Inverness and Gerald J. Speaker of Union, NH; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.

    He was predeceased by a son, Thomas B. Speaker, in 1953.

    There will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday (April 2, 1992) at 10 a.m. in St. Mary of the Angels Church. Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery, Allegany, NY.

    Memorials may be made to St. Mary of the Angels Church Building Fund.
