I also give to my said daughter Polly Ann Giddens the farm and appurtenances on which she and her husband Abner Giddens now lives containing about two hundred and thirty or forty acres for her only use and benefit during her natural life and then to the heirs of her body for their only proper use and benefit, said land is of the value of $1000 which with the Negro Women amounts to the sum of $1400. Item 6 I give t my son Thomas J. Bain in addition to what I have already given him as much of my estate as will make him equal with my daughter Polly Ann Giddeons but to have no part of the land whereon I now live. Item 7t I give to my son William Bain as much of my estate as will make him equal with my daughter Polly Ann Giddeons but to have no part of the land whereon I now live. Item 8th I give to my son John Bain all the tract of land whereon I now live containing about two hundred and fifty acres for his only property use after the portions as aforementioned it is my desire that the said remainder should be equally divided between my four last mentioned children Viz Polly Ann Giddions Thomas J.
