He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Janet; daughters, Debbie Bindl and Jay Emling, and Tammy Getschman and Dean Huber; grandchildren, Michael and Jennifer Bindl; brothers and sister, Donald Getschman, Helen Standiford, Rex and Ray Getschman; several nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends.

Glen was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Rodney; brothers-in-law, James Standiford, Roger Knerr, and Duane Radel; sister-in-law, Kay Getschman.

A celebration of Glen's life with Military Honors will be held at a later date.

This marriage was blessed with two daughters.

She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Bindl (Jay Emling) and Tammy Getschman (Dean Huber); two grandchildren, Michael and Jennifer Bindl; sisters June Knerr and Judy (Clay) Strand; brother and sister-in-laws; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Janet was preceded in death by her husband Glen; parents; brother, Duane Radel; brother-in-laws, Roger Knerr, Rodney Getschman Jr. and Jim Staniford; sister-in-law Kay Getschman.

A visitation for Glen and Janet will be held on Thursday, February 4th, 2021 from 4:00-6:00 p.m at the Farber Funeral Home, Reedsburg. A celebration of their lives, which will include a service for both with Military Honors for Glen, will be held in September to honor their wedding anniversary. The family asks that memorials be made to the First Presbyterian Church and that flowers be held until the time of the funeral.

He was totally devoted to his family, cherishing his wife and lovingly guiding the children to become special, capable adults. His home which he built himself in 1951, and his family were his priorities. He retired from General Motors after 33 years, allowing him t enjoy his retirement by playing golf, traveling, square and round dancing and spending winters in south TX and AZ.
He will be dearly missed by all who survive him, his wife of 58 years Gladys, daughter Nancie Page, son David Bales, brothers Raymond and James, Sister Thelma Brashears, granddaughters Alisa Page, Lindsay Gottfried, Andrea Page, and Angela Carver, Grandson David Bales and 4 great grandchildren.

Mr. Yetchman was born in Juneau County on Dec. 22, 1891, and married Susan Lieber in 1920 at Pittsville. A veteran of World War I, he farmed in Juneau County all his adult life.
Survivors include a son, LaVerne, Lyndon Station; a daughter, Mrs. Herbert Schuck, Rock Springs, Wis; two brothers, William and Herman, both of Mauston, and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife in 1954.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 o'clock tonight until the time of services.
