Mother*Carol Hill
Life EventDateDescription
Birth4 November 1964John A. Linden was born on 4 November 1964.
He was the son of Cletus Linden and Carol Hill.
Death11 January 2018John A. Linden died on 11 January 2018 at age 53 John A. Linden, age 53, died on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Agrace Hospice in Fitchburg after he courageously battled ALS for over ten years. He was born on November 4, 1964 in Madison, the son of Cletus and Carol (Hill) Linden.

John spent his early school years in Sun Prairie and graduated from Verona Area High School in 1983. After high school he worked at Bailey’s Bus Service where his love of cars and all things mechanical evolved. His strong work ethic followed him throughout his career, from heating and cooling to delivering plumbing supplies for First Supply. Many days you could find him tinkering with his beloved Mustang or just cruising in his truck. He became an instant friend to many and was always primed with a silly joke. We all loved him for his engaging sense of humor and goofy smile. His kind heart and willingness to lend a hand at the drop of a hat, was one of his greatest attributes. Obstacles in life never stopped John. Born a fighter, he would prove time and again he could overcome those hurdles and not once would it dampen his character.
