Mr. Plueger had operated a motel at Joshua Tree and during the slack season, lived with his daughter. Funeral services were held Saturday in California.

Mr. Plueger is survived by two daughters, Bernice and Ruth of California, two sons, Raymond of Le Mars and Lester of North Sioux City.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Mrs. Anna Gerdes, Le Mars, and Mrs. Mary Klemme of Akron, and a brother Henry of Akron.
