Burial was in Mount Calvary in Dubuque, where the Rev. Wilfred Kress was in charge of services. Pallbearers were Leo Diener, Lyle Parker, Krieg Kile, Joseph Richter, William Beution, and Ray Reilly. Mr. and Mrs. Einar Hageman, of Chicago, and Greg Hageman, of Chicago, were present for the last rites. Mr. Richter was survived by two daughters, Mrs. Max (Angeline) Parker, of Dubuque, Ia., and Mrs. Einar (Martha) Hageman, of Chicago, Ill; three sons, Joseph J., of Dubuque, Ia., George, of Chicago, Ill., and Frank, of Bremerton, Wash; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; and four sisters, Mrs. Anna Duve and Mrs. Mary Kelly, both of Potosi, Wis., Mrs. Dora Jacobs of Council Bluffs, Ia., and Mrs. Margaret Schmitz, of Beetown, Wis. The former Mary Richter, she was born at Kieler, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Richter. She was married May 1, 1890, to John Kelly. They farmed near Potosi for many years before retiring to Potosi. Kelly died several years ago. Mrs. Kelly has three daughters, Mrs. J.C. (Lillian) Reynolds, of Potosi, Mrs. W.R. Faherty, of Monroe, Wis., and Mrs. F.C. Burns, of Omaha, Neb. There are two sisters, Mrs. Anna Duve, of Potosi, and Mrs. Chris Schmitz, of Beetown, as well as six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. All are expected to be on hand to help Mrs. Kelly celebrate her birthday.

Jacobs of this city, and one daughter, Mrs. George Koch. The body was removed to Cutler’s funeral home and later to the home of his son, T. W. Jacobs, 1722 Third avenue, where funeral services will held Thursday afternoon at 8:30 o'clock, with burial in Walnut Hill cemetery.
