Carl was a WWII flight instructor and pilot and continued his flight life and instruction throughout his life establishing Colorado Springs East Airport and the Ellicott Flying Service. Through his years Carl logged thousands of miles and thousands of friends that will miss his integrity, love for life and hard working persistence. Carl Henry Susemihl 10/4/1919 - 2/3/2007, A very good man. Visitation will be held from 5 PM until 8 PM, Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs, and again on Wednesday, February 7, from 9 AM until 11 AM. Memorial Services will follow at 11 AM at Evergreen Funeral Home.
