Beverly worked in the Registrars office at Michigan Technological University for 25 years, retiring in 2001. She had a passion for music and theater. She was a member of the Copper Country Chorale, which is now known as Noteworthy, and was also a member of the Calumet Players where she participated in many different musicals and shows at the Calumet Theater. She was an active volunteer at the Calumet Theater serving as an usher and in the box office. She enjoyed travelling and driving. Every year while her kids were growing up she took them on several trips all over the United States. She loved scrapbooking, painting and anything with crafts! She was an avid painter and has sold several portraits. She also enjoyed sewing, cooking and baking. She is preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Arlo Prieskorn and her step-daughter Sheila Crudele.
