Bob spent a large part of his life farming and later in life drove LP truck for Reliable LP and for Consumers Co-op, where he retired. His passion was doing field work with his Allis Chalmers tractors which led to his AC toy tractor collection. You could always find him cruising around on his ATV and mowing lawns for neighbors and family. He enjoyed hunting and spending time at the hunting shack. One of his favorite hobbies was tractor pulling which he started as a young adult and continued on to watch his sons follow in his footsteps. Spending time with his children and grandchildren were proud moments for him. He is survived by his loving wife, Beverly; his children, Cherie (Mike) Kruchten, Danny (Julie), Lynda (Rich) Brereton, Diana (Lance) Mefford, Dennis (Jenny) and Dale (Becky); 15 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Herb; three sisters, Anita (Al) Raml, Bernie (Dick) Meinholz and Betty (Gene) Niesen; and brother-in-law, Gordon Schara Jr. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Norbert Catholic Church on Monday with Father LaVerne Meier officiating.
