She later married Paul Breeser on March 10, 1960. She was employed at the Lansing Button Factory. She was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ in New Albin. She is survived by her husband, Paul; one daughter, Katherine (Denny) Nesheim of Waukon, Iowa; one son-in-law, Gary Kottman, Farmersburg, Iowa; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harold (Eunice) Meyer, Eitzen, Minnesota, and Fremont (Evelyn) Meyer of New Albin; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her first husband, Walter, she is preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Sharon Kottman; and a brother, Raymond Mier.
