Milly was born Sept. 11, 1923, in Plain, the daughter of Rudolph and Mary Feiner. She and Anthony Laubmeier were united in marriage on Aug. 30, 1941, and were blessed with nine children. The couple made dairy farming their life for 62 years on a farm nestled in a beautiful valley. Milly loved her flowers (particularly sun flowers), quilting, sewing, baking, canning and tending to her garden. She was a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church for all of her life. Milly's faith, kindness and inner strength will be forever a part of her husband and nine children. Mildred is survived by her husband, Anthony Laubmeier; her nine children, Bonnie (Kenny) Albrecht, Jim (Judy) Laubmeier, Judy (Jerry) Bindl, Rudy (Luanne) Laubmeier, Darlene Decot, Arlene (Bill) Brown, Alice (Paul) Mickelson, Monica (Pat) McGlynn and Cynthia (Jerry) Tourdot; 18 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. LUKE'S CATHOLIC CHURCH on Tuesday, April 25, 2006, at 11 a.m. for family and close friends of Tony and Milly. Father Mike Resop will officiate with burial immediately following at St. Luke's Cemetery. The Richardson-Stafford Funeral Home will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
