Survivors include her seven children: Rajean Bender, of Baraboo; Mark Krueger, of Rock Springs, John (Margo) Krueger, of Reedsburg; Dennis Krueger, of Reedsburg; Kevin Krueger, of Wisconsin Rapids; Matthew (Melissa) Krueger, of Lime Ridge and Daniel Krueger, of Rock Springs; special friend: Nan Weiland, of Rock Springs; six grandchildren: Carrah, Calyn, Valerie, Ashley, Shawn and Jenna; six great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen; three brothers: Emmette, Larry and Dexter Meske and five sisters: Hazel Alwin, infant Delores Meske, Wanda Klingenmeyer, Leola Beth and Beverly Holtz. Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, January 5, 2018 at the Hoof Funeral Home in Reedsburg with Pastor Marianne Cotter officiating. Inurnment will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery in Rock Springs at a later date. There will be a visitation after 10:00 A.M. on Friday at the funeral home. The family extends a special thank you to the staff of St. Clare Meadows for the wonderful care that Mom received and especially Dr. Timothy Deering. The Hoof Funeral Home is serving the family.

She preceded him in death on May 2, 1972. He later married the former Clara Krey Crane on March 30, 1975. Rollo was a lifelong farmer in the town of Excelsior. He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, the Golden Agers, the Reedsburg Senior Citizens and the Tuesday Senior Bowling League. He enjoyed playing cards, hunting, fishing and sports of all kinds. He is survived by his wife, Clara; a daughter, Verla (Chub) Klingenmeyer of North Freedom; six stepchildren, Gilbert Crane, Bliss "Butch" (Maureen) Crane and Patsy (Dennis) Reetz all of Neshkoro, Audrey (Richard) Knopp of Oshkosh, Barbara (David) Lovett of Waukesha, and Adrian (Darlene) Crane of Sun Prairie; nine grandchildren, Dan (Colleen), Craig, Keith, Kathy (Ken), Vicki (Mike), Debbie (Alan), Christy (Josh), Melissa (Eric) and Michael; six great-grandchildren, Mattie, Alex, Brittany, Kaitlyn, Stephanie and Ryan; nieces and nephews; other relatives; and friends. He was preceded in death by a stepson, Dean Crane, in June 1967; and three sisters, Golda Schroeder, Sylvia Reinfeldt and Lola Bryant. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2004, at ST. PETER'S EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, Reedsburg, with the Rev. Paul Crolius officiating. Interment will be in St. Peter's cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 4, 2004, at the HOOF FUNERAL HOME in Reedsburg. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Peter's Lutheran Church or school would be appreciated.

She was a faithful member of St. Peter' s Lutheran Church where she was a member of the Ladies Aid and the Golden Agers. Clara enjoyed doing handiwork, playing cards,doing crossword puzzles and growing her violets. Survivors include her children, Gilbert Crane, Bliss 'Butch' (Maureen) Crane and Patsy (Dennis) Reetz, all of Neshkoro, Audrey (Richard) Knopp of Oshkosh and Barbara (David) Lovett of Waukesha; a daughter-in-law, Darlene Crane of Sun Prairie; her step-daughter, Verla (Chub) Klingenmeyer of North Freedom; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Raymond Krey of Baraboo and Lester 'Slug' Krey of Reedsburg; her sister, Ardell (Rex) Albers of Reedsburg; other relatives and friends. In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by two sons, Dean and Adrian Crane; one brother, Edgar 'Eggs' Krey and her sister-in-law, Juanita Krey. Funeral services will be conducted at 11a.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH in Neshkorowith the Rev. Franklin Giebel officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until 7p.m. on Monday at the HOOF FUNERAL HOME in Reedsburg and from 9:30 a.m.until the time of the service on Tuesday at the church. Shortly after graduation, he began working for North Central Airlines and finished his forty-one year career with Delta Airlines.

In 1961, he was called to active duty with the Wisconsin National Guard during the Cuban Crisis, spending his time at Fort Lewis, Washington.

Chub is survived by his wife of 60 years, Verla; his two sons, Dan (wife Colleen), and Craig “Chub” (fiancé Sara); two grandchildren, Alex (wife Haley) and Mattie; his brother, Dennis (Geraldine), and sisters-in-law, Mary Frances, Mary, and Andrea. He had several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Duane, Darrell, Larry, and Gary "Butch", and sister-in-law, Kay.

There will be a celebration of life at the American Legion Hall, North Freedom on December 30, 2023 from 1-4 PM.

She was born in Plain on Sept. 22, 1922, the daughter of the late John and Katherine (Decker) Alt and united in marriage to Orville Crosby on Apr. 22, 1948; he preceded her in death on July 6, 2006. Erna loved her family more than life itself. She spent much of her life caring for people and always putting others’ needs before her own. The best years of her life were spent at the family cottage on Lake Wisconsin.

Erna is survived by her children, Daniel (Sharon), Carol (George) Albright and Kathy (Jeff) Brickl of Sauk City, six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, one sister-in-law, Theo Nelson and many special nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville, son, Richard “Chub” and nine siblings.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 pm on Nov. 6, 2020 at St. Aloysius Parish, Sauk City with Father Miguel Galvez presiding. Interment will follow in the St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery.
