After many years as part of Crow’s Appliance, Chuck was currently employed by Culver Franchising System as the senior service and facilities manager. He was a member of the Sauk Prairie Evangelical Free Church, a former member of the Sauk City Fire Department, the Sauk Prairie Ambulance Service and the Sauk Prairie Jaycees. He is survived his wife, Pamela; two sons, Jeremy (friend, Chris and her son, James) and Jeffrey P; a daughter, Asia; stepson, Brad Morgan (wife, Izabela); a brother, Jon; a sister, Linda Perkins; his stepmother, Marianne Crow; a niece, Sue (husband, Russ) Scott; and a nephew, Tom Perkins. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother-in-law, Ken Perkins. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred for Asia’s education. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at 2 p.m. at the SAUK PRAIRIE EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH, 1375 Lincoln Ave., Prairie du Sac with Pastors Dwight Pulsfus and Dennis Virta officiating. Burial will follow in the Sauk City Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Thursday from 11 a.m. until time of service.
