In addition to his wife, survivors include three sons, Jim of Eugene, Lon of Tomball, Texas, and David of Junction City; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
England's Eugene Memorial Chapel is in Charge of arrangements. At Creasey's request, no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
