Visitation will be 1 to 9 p.m. today, with a rosary at 2 p.m., a vigil service at 7 p.m. and a rosary at 8 p.m., at Wintz Funeral Home in Hartington.

    Rosemary was born May 26, 1931, in Bow Valley, Neb., to Anton and Eleanor (Kathol) Noecker. She grew up in Hartington and graduated from Holy Trinity High School in 1949.


    She married John L. Feilmeier Jr. on Nov. 13, 1951, in Hartington. He died Feb. 23, 1997.

    They lived in California from 1952 to 1954, then returned to Hartington, where she worked for Buchanan Drugstore for five years. They lived in Sioux City from 1962 to 1994, then returned to Hartington. After John's death, she lived in Sioux City for several years until returning to Hartington.

    She loved to sew, travel, dance and enjoyed life. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.

    She is survived by a son and his wife, Gary and Mary Feilmeier of Commerce, Ga; six daughters and their husbands, Cheryl and Steven Tongish of Dakota City, Audrey and Carl Martin of Hubbard, Neb., and Deanna and Dave Early, Jean and Shawn Knox, Lori and Steven Vondrak and Barb and Brian Nyreen, all of Sioux City; 24 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; three brothers and their wives, Marvin and Teresa Noecker of Hartington, Leon and Lorna Noecker of Garden Grove, Iowa, and Larry and Carol Noecker of Yankton, S.D; and three sisters, Leora Hedburg of Rockford, Ill., Doris Folkers of Hartington and Delores and Bob Lammers of Randolph, Neb.

    She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a granddaughter, Jennifer Tongish.

    Pallbearers will be Jeremy Tongish, Kyle Feilmeier, Anthony Knox, Scott Harrison, Lee Vondrak, Joseph Martin and Brian Mogren.

    Visitation will be on Thursday from 1:00-5:00 p.m. with a 2:00 p.m. rosary at the Wintz Funeral Home in Hartington. There will be a 7:30 p.m. Vigil Service on Thursday at the church in Randolph. Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Friday at the church.

    Pallbearers will be Wendy Flannery, Robbie Flannery, Nick Jensen, Cory Harm and Cassie Harm.

    Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Korth, Mike Korth, Russ Gubbels, Ron Sudbeck, Darrell Lammers, Norman Lammers, Cyril Lammers and Don Goeden.

    Bob was born on January 15, 1931, at Hartington to Nicholas J. and Anna (Ueding) Lammers. He grew up in the Pleasant Valley area and graduated from Holy Trinity High School in 1948. He served in the United States Air Force from April 1, 1951, to Dec. 23, 1952. He married Delores Noecker June 10, 1957, at Hartington. They farmed in the Pleasant Valley area until 1984 when he moved to Wisner and managed a feedlot for the Dinklage Cattle Company until 1988. They moved to Randolph in 1988 where he worked for the Korth Feed Lot until he retired in 1996. Bob continued to share his love of outdoors by working for the Randolph Community Golf Course. He will be remembered for his love of hunting, baseball, horses and his wonderful sense of humor.

    He was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church in Randolph and the Knights of Columbus.

    Survivors include his wife Delores of Randolph; two daughters: Michelle Flannery and her husband Kirt, Yankton; Deb Harm, Wayne; four grandchildren; two sisters: Patricia and Charles Keiter, California; Donna Lu Greisch, Casper, Wyoming; a brother, Jerry and Mary Lammers, Casper.

    He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Norman Lammers.
