And further I order that my Executors shall sell at private or Publick sale as they shall think best, and when the forty eight acres of land on the east side of Mahaney Creek and make a deed to the purchaser for the same. And the money arising from the sale of the land and personal Estate together with my outstanding debts after paying as before mentioned, the remainder shall be Equally Divided amongst my children or their survivors.
