In addition to his wife, survivors include three sons, Jim of Eugene, Lon of Tomball, Texas, and David of Junction City; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
    England's Eugene Memorial Chapel is in Charge of arrangements. At Creasey's request, no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.

No services is planned. Telophase Cremation Services of Eugene is in charge of arrangements.
