The bride is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Kelly and is an accomplished young lady. She is a graduate of the Potosi high school and has many fine attainments. She was raised on a farm with her parents and possesses all of the essential qualifications that goes to make a loving and helpful farmers wife. Her popularity was attested by the numerous beautiful presents bestowed upon her. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Reyolds and is a young man of many sterling qualities. He has good moral habits, is industrious, honest and upright in all of his dealings and has countless friends... speak for Joe and Lillie a bright and prosperous future. They will make their home on the Reynolds homestead farm in the town of Potosi where the groom was born and which he recently purchased from his parents. Death10 April 1931Ella Mary Kelly died on 10 April 1931 at Julien, Dubuque, Iowa, at age 36 Mrs. Charles Baumler, nee Ella Kelly, passed away April 10, 1931 at the age of 36 years, 2 months, and 15 days. The end came at the Finley hospital, Dubuque, where she had been rushed that day for a blood transfusion the only hope of saving her life. Mrs. Baumler, or Ella, as everyone knew her, attended the Potosi High School and graduated with the class of 1918. After her graduation she successfully taught school for six years. On August 27, 1919, she was married to Charles Baumler. To this union two children, Hubert, age 10 years, and Beth, age 7 years, born. Besides her sorrowing husband and children she is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Kelly, and three sisters, Mrs. Lillian Reynolds, Mrs. Mary Faherty, and Mrs. Genevieve Larsen. Funeral services were held at the home Monday morning at 9:80 and later at the St. Thomas Church. The body was laid to rest in the Catholic cemetery on the hill ... services were held from St Thomas Church at 9:30 Tuesday morning and burial in the Catholic cemetery at Potosi. CARD OF THANKS We desire to express ouy sincere appreciation to the friends and neighbors for the kindness to us during the illness and after the death of our beloved one, Mrs. Charles Baumler. We desire to thank those who sent flowers, or in any other way denoted their sympathy. CHAS. BAUMLER and Children JOHN KELLY and Family.

The funeral was held Monday morning, December 22, from the Strueber Funeral Home to St. Patrick's Church in Dubuque, where the Rev. Duane Brady sang the requiem mass and delivered the sermon. The St. Patrick's Vested Boys Choir sang at the mass. Burial was in Linwood Cemetery in Dubuque, where Father Brady also officiated. Pallbearers were Arthur A. Meyer, John Kintzinger, John Cottingham, Ned Fratus, George Jansen, and John Gantz. Out-of-town persons attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Chris Schmitz, Beetown, Wis; Harry Schmitz, Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Herman Richter, Bloomongton, Wis; John Kelly, Mrs. J. Reynolds, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Bode, and Miss Mary Neid, all of Potosi, Wis; and Mrs. Mary Haines, Mr. and Mrs. H. Habermann, Mrs. Lena Vondrum, and Dr. and Mrs. O. Bernhardt, all of Cassville, Wis. Mrs. Diener was survived by her husband; two sons, Leo J. and Arnold R. Diener, both of Dubuque, Ia; one daughter, Miss Esther Diener, of Dubuque, Ia; two brothers, John Richter, of Bloomington, Wis., and Joseph Richter, of Dubuque, Ia; four sisters, Mrs. John Kelly and Mrs. Anna Duve, both of Potosi, Wis., Mrs. Dora Jacobs, of Council Bluffs, Ia., and Mrs. Chris Schmitz, of Beetown, Wis; two grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and one sister.

She is survived by her loving husband Earnest James (Jim) of 71 years, daughter Diane Abell (Bill) of St. Louis, daughter Sheila West (Bill) of Urbandale, and son James (Dawn) Dooley of Fayetteville, Arkansas, along with six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother Terrence of Studio City, California and two sisters Barbara Shadwell of Anaheim, California and Sheila White of Westbrook, Maine, along with many nieces and nephews.

A Visitation in her honor will be held on Thursday evening, April 21, 2011 at the Merle Hay Funeral Home Chapel at 4400 Merle Hay Rd in Des Moines from 4 to 6 pm. Burial will be private at the Chapel Hill Gardens in Des Moines. Memorials may be directed to Mercy Hospice Home or the Bishop Drumm Retirement Center, both of Johnston.

Marian is survived by three sisters, Barbara Schon, Madalyn Stone and Mary Kay Swift and a brother John as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 19, 2019, at Saint Augustin's Catholic Church with a luncheon to follow.

Betty was born September 7, 1924 to parents Frank W. and Hilda (Richard) Ragen in Marshalltown, IA. On August 7, 1954 Betty married Theadore "Ted" R. Thompson, also in Marshalltown, IA. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Excelsior Springs, MO.

Betty is survived by her husband Theadore "Ted" R. Thompson of the home; and son Richard R. Thompson, Liberty, MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Betty will be cremated, and a Mass of the Christian Burial for her will be at 11:00a.m. Thursday, February 26, 2009 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Excelsior Springs, MO. Visitation will begin at 10:00a.m., with a rosary beginning at 10:30a.m., also at the church. Burial will be at Resurrection North Cemetery in Kansas City, MO.

Arrangements are under the direction of Polley Funeral Home, Excelsior Springs, MO.

The wife of Charles J. Jacoby, retired Helena contractor, and mother of two prominent Helena businessmen, had been in failing health for several months but did not become seriously ill until Wednesday when she was taken to the hospital from the family home. Requiem mass will be celebrated in St. Helena cathedral at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning. Interment will be in Resurrection cemetery. Rosary services will be held at 8:30 o'clock Tuesday night in the family home, 501 Eighth. The body will be taken to the home from the Opp-Conrad-Retz mortuary at 4 o'clock this afternoon and will remain there until Wednesday morning. Born in Madison, Ind., on May 24 1871, Mrs. Jacoby came to Helena in 1889, the year Montana attained statehood. She was married to Charles Jacoby on Aug. 17, 1892, in Helena. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 1942. Mrs. Jacoby was a member of the Roman Catholic church and was prominent for many years in the activities of various women's organizations, doing religious and charitable work. She was a member of the Ladies' Literary and Benevolent society, Daughters of Isabella and many charitable societies. She is survived by her husband; two sons, George Jacoby, operator of the Helena Sand and Gravel company, and Earl Jacoby, owner of Jacoby's Clothing store; two grandchildren, Charles Jacoby and Mrs. Eugene Fehlig, and two great granddaughters, all of Helena.
